Fun with puff pastry
Puff Pastry is something you should keep in your freezer. They keep almost as long as spam and they are just so handy! (Also, it’s just a pain to make it yourself).
There’re basically two types, one is in sheets and the other is in blocks. If you are too lazy to even roll out the puff pastry, sheets is the way to go.
Let it defrost for 20 minutes and you are good to go.
